Some people arrive knowing they want therapy. Others arrive feeling unsure where to start.
Wyrd Clinic offers a calm and collaborative space to explore what has brought you here. Therapy can provide room to reflect, make sense of longstanding patterns, and move toward change that feels meaningful and sustainable.
The clinic is run by registered psychologist, Sarah Laird, who works with adolescents (16+) and adults across a range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating and body image concerns, neurodivergence, and broader emotional or relational difficulties.
